2.Check the surface of the cylinder gasket for dents, protrusions, damage, etc; Check if the flatness of the cylinder head and engine block meets the requirements, then clean the cylinder gasket, cylinder head, and engine block neatly, and dry them with high-pressure gas to prevent dirt from damaging the sealing.
3.The cylinder gasket used must be a reliable original spare part that meets the specified model specifications. When installing, pay attention to the orientation markings on the left and right sides of the house to prevent reverse installation and common malfunctions caused by human factors.
4.Tighten the cylinder cover foot bolts according to the technical standards, as the symmetrical expansion from the middle to both sides is carried out in a cross pattern, and tighten them 2-4 times to the required torque; Tighten it again when the car is hot, which is more reliable.
5.If the cylinder cover foot bolt is rusted and cannot be removed, do not use iron products to pry it hard to prevent damage to the cylinder head. You can inject gasoline bubbles into the cylinder head screw hole for a while to successfully remove it.
6.Improper storage of the cylinder head, careless disassembly, damage or deformation of the cylinder gasket, and inadequate cleaning during installation can result in poor performance and inadequate sealing, leading to common human caused faults that must be taken seriously.
