Introduction to the Working Process of Diesel Engine Supplier

The complete workflow of a diesel engine supplier from order receipt to delivery is outlined below:

I. Order Receipt Phase
The customer submits an inquiry. Both parties communicate and confirm diesel engine specifications including power rating, application scenarios (such as diesel generator sets, marine use, vehicle use, etc.) and special customization requirements.
Verify technical requirements, sign a formal supply/customization agreement, and finalize the delivery schedule and technical standards.

II. Order Placement & Production Preparation
Conduct internal review of order parameters, issue an official production order, and collect the agreed deposit for the project.
Allocate key components (engine block, alternator, controller, etc.) and schedule production.

III. Production & Integrated Testing
Complete unit assembly in accordance with standard processes. For containerized system integration projects, carry out structural design, supporting construction of heat dissipation, noise reduction, electrical control and fire protection systems simultaneously.
Perform two rounds of verification: component-level testing and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) with full-load operation to confirm all operating parameters meet specifications.

IV. Delivery & Project Closure
Carry out stock inspection and arrange compliant logistics transportation to the customer’s site.
Assist the customer with on-site SAT (Site Acceptance Test), provide operational training, hand over complete documentation, and follow up with after-sales visits and technical support.
